God's Holy Bible is both His love letter to us, and a guidebook for us. We are to read His Holy Bible on a daily basis in order to learn how to live the best life we can have, here on earth, and, also, to encourage us know that we can fully trust God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and the Ministering Angels who surround us each day and through the night.
The Holy Scriptures are real and tell of how much God and His Son Jesus Christ love us. Nothing is left out in the stories of our ancestors and what they went through on a daily basis. How did they respond to God's love for them. How do we respond to God, who loves us with a love that is truly amazing? God truly gave and sacrificed His Son, Jesus Christ, so that we can live with both of them, eternally. Eternity begins for each of us, the moment we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Savior and Redeemer.

Genesis 1:1-5King James Version (KJV)
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
Genesis 1:26-27King James Version (KJV)
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

"Never should the Bible be studied without prayer. Before opening its pages we should ask for the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit, and it will be given. When Nathanael came to Jesus, the Savior exclaimed, "Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!" Nathanael said, "Whence knowest Thou me?" Jesus answered, "Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee." John 1:47, 48. And Jesus will see us also in the secret places of prayer if we will seek Him for light that we may know what is truth. Angels from the world of light will be with those who in humility of heart seek for divine guidance.
The Holy Spirit exalts and glorifies the Savior. It is His office to present Christ, the purity of His righteousness, and the great salvation that we have through Him. Jesus says, "He shall receive of Mine, and shall show it unto you." John 16:14. The Spirit of truth is the only effectual teacher of divine truth. How must God esteem the human race, since He gave His Son to die for them and appoints His Spirit to be man's teacher and continual guide!" EG White, Steps to Christ, Chapt 10, page 91
